Well,Pepe, hopefully, what I received from Ricoh-Imaging/Pentax Canada today "will" hold true for Finland and around
the world. On the same day as the price increases, the K-3 is dropping in price by over a $100 CDN

I believe the $1250/1250$

is the MSRP and, perhaps, Ricoh is going the route of
the other manufacturers and instilling MAP's (Minimum Advertised Price).

Yes, but the sales tax in Alberta is way less than in B.C.

Whether they will hold that price when stock arrives or not is another question. I haven't placed an order as yet, but once I get an idea on delivery dates I'll place one.

True dat, LA_P, and it still amazes me that some folks, whilst visiting Vancouver, well the store I work at,
still purchase kit from us with both taxes? On occasion, it's a thrashed camera and they're just buying
a "band-aid" camera but, on numerous occasions, they're upgrading to better DSLR and they've been
surprised that the difference is a little as it is??
