the fact that they use a medium format photog to bring the news, i think it will not be a new tech or new product.

maybe a strong rebate for the 645z, down to 6000$, bringin it into the territory of the nikon and canon flagships?

Rent one's equipment (body and/or lenses) is quite common among medium format users (Hasselblad and Phase One), at least here in Europe.

645Z doesn't have an internal SR system so that would be quite an announcement if made.

Built in automated lens calibration ala Dot Tune. Point the camera at a target, push the button and walk away for ten minutes.

In all likelyhood this is about pixel shifting on the Pentax K-3 II. But we will see maybe there is more to it.
