Nikon D5 Rumored to Pack 4K and a Native Max ISO of 102,400 Sony doesn't manufacture he sensor in the D4 and probably wont be manufacturing the sensor in the D5. Renesas has manufactured the sensor in the D3, D3s, D700, D3200, D3100, D4, & D4s. The chance of seeing the Nikon designed D5 sensor in a Ricoh body are less than zero.

The 20MP is not going to be in the Ricoh FF. Its not a Sony sensor.
