And i still hope either for a 20 or 24.5 MP Sensor and a Hybrid Viewfinder ... Whats about that interchangeable mirrorbox rumor? Many people fancied that the new Pentax FF would be named LX-D and therefore will offer some kind of modularity that was inherent to the original LX-D...

For, as most people know, i dont use Pentax/Ricoh for the love, I'm paid to use it. But i still have to like stuff and deliver my work. So, when I'm happy, there's a reason for it...
We're no tired of it. We just want to be as happy and excited as you. We just don't know what to be excited about. All we have seen is a poor 3D printed model.

think, positive, pray, hope, maybe we should have a short talk with the pope... Hey, what? It may help!

No, seriously: The sheer fact that there will be a FF should make everyone happy that has a corresponding lenspark with fine optics. I fit so I'm happy.

Smoother DOF-flow, the possibility to use the optics how they were actually meant to be uses. Compositions like on good old film. No more pinched backgrounds with desired DOF....

And if you really haven't noticed yet *grin* most likely: PIXEL-SHIFTING with a FF Sensor!!!!! (That will maybe have about 20-30MP) just imagine the crisp clear output of such a machine.... You will not, i repeat: You will NOT find this feature on any upcoming Nikon or Canon DSLR in the near future...

But i agree in that way that really no NEWS and no leaked pictures even of some possible DSLR Body or a Design-Candidate, is indeed very disillusioning... :/

Take care. People here really got sick and tired of, "Be of Good Cheer, Pentaxians. Ricoh has a Plan, and you will be Happy!"
the more you get excited about stuff you don't know the easier to get disappointed

I hope the delay and mystery doesn't mean they have drifted far away from the conventional design of the mock-up they revealed earlier in the year. I liked the look of the mock-up.

I just wish we were hearing a little more about what's coming. The deafening silence is a bad omen. Same with the D FA 70-200. There's been no interviews with smiling Pentax execs for quite a while now. And they don't come out unless they've got something to smile about.

Nice catchy line but it's not necessarily true.

I don't recall Pentax as being very communicative with their customer base.

Indeed. The saying suggests that the longer you wait, the better the outcome.

Translation, the longer you wait, the more chance you'll die waiting.

Just remember Kenneth often refers to the long-term direction Ricoh has set for the brand, not just the next body or lens.
