Frankly speaking, K3ii is very good in many aspects... If Pentax FF is disappointing, it would be not a bad choice for getting a K3ii... So not so poor for the people who had upgrade to k3ii..

Well, that joke had nothing to do with qualities of Pentax APS-C bodies
I was refering to those who didn't believe the Pentax label would go on such progress as we users can whitness, and with FF coming around the corner
So basically if you couldn't wait, you did probably lost moneywise when switching.

This site is like that, if your better judgement says no, it doesn't matter, someone else will jump in.

But Nikon FF is dirty cheap now. From eBay, you can buy D810 new $2100 and D750 $1200... People has to make a choice... :-)

Right.
Dirty, cheap, and krippled for D750/D610
More important, DSRL is all about lenses to me.
And Nikon has on average the highest priced new lenses, appart a few exceptions.
So, yes someone can do a lot with used equipment.

Sony has interesting timing

Sony just released the A7S II... Perhaps they wanted to get some buzz before the amazing full frame from Pentax shows up. Maybe Pentax will steal Sony's, Nikons, and Canons thunder?

When the FF comes, I look forward to seeing a Pentax PR tidal wave that swamps everything before it.

But I suspect that won't happen. If Nikon were to announce a 42MP FF using the latest Sony sensor one day before Pentax announce their FF, you would probably struggle to find any coverage of the Pentax FF.

If you already have Pentax lenses, that probably isn't a choice. Or as my studio instructor once said, find the lens you love and buy the camera that goes with it. If you don't have any Pentax lenses you love, you never should have been with Pentax, in the first place. And if you have some Pentax lenses you love, Nikon will never be an option. That is the problem, with these Nikon and Canon types coming here trying to hawk Nikon and Canon (and now Sony) gear. I'm not sure why people considering switching have this impulsive need to tell everyone about it. I guess people don't get it. Those of us not thinking of switching aren't going to pat them on the back and say "good decision." In fact we're probably going to say "You're an idiot." although we might be feeling polite and would be unlikely to express is so forcefully. Switching systems isn't cheap. ebay prices or no eBay prices. Thinking discount prices on discount cameras make them more appealing is somewhat delusional. Based strictly on what you get for your money $2100 is a good price for a D810, if you own and love those Nikon lenses. Not for anyone else.

Why is a d810 from ebay $900 cheaper than what BH is selling for? Sounds like a red flag to me.

Redflag for FF market current tendency, possible....
Could that push down the launch price for us ?
I guess so, unless Ricoh is able to lessen the "standard but pro lenses to come" price tags, versus canikon.
