That's not actually correct. Pentax's Kitazawa mentioned it in 2012 already:

http://dc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/news/interview/20121010_564928.html

"We'll definitely put out a full frame because we're developing it as a commercial product."
"We're going to put it out after 2013. You can count on it."

They are already proposed by Novoflex: LET/CO (€89) for M42 lenses and LET/PENT (€169) for K mount lenses.

No, I don't think so. An announcement actually includes details about what will be released...

What we got last February was a "notice of impending announcement." And I use the term "impending" extremely loosely.

If Ricoh were stalling, this would be the way to do it. A "notice of impending announcement, followed 6 moths later by an "announcement" including details and then a release 6 months after that. They gain a year to spool up and Pentaxians gain a year to save their spondulaks.
The word "impending" is often followed by "DOOM".

why did they leave the other three lenses on roadmap in 2015 or later if they already knew they will be 2016?

Where did Asahiman's latest post come from? What does he mean by all training activities and meetings for the FF are cancelled?

He means that the Pentax FF DSLR is postponed until spring 2016 (together with preparing activities).

In november there is also the Salon the la Photo in Paris. I wonder if they bring the mockup of the FF with them. The guys from Ricoh Imaging are based in Paris and brought the lump to some meeting in The Netherlands some months ago.

I hope there'll be no more delays. The natives are really restless. I remember this was the same thing that was going with Olympus prior to announcing the EM-1. It was a decision to maintain 4/3 or go m4/3
That's how I landed here.

Probably means that Ricoh doesn't want to release information to them because they don't want leaks. That or Ricoh isn't far enough along to train anybody on anything. They may have had last minute significant changes, or they are simply way behind schedule. It really doesn't matter. It could be like the Fuji X-Pro 2 that is a year behind schedule because Fuji is working on new technology.
