Indeed, there is something special: when the camera is turned off, the viewfinder is dark.

Given Wikipedia says its a small valley with about 20 people that might be an under-estimation

The Wikipedia articles show stunning scenery - it must have been a very nice place to grow up in

To be exactly, I'm from a small island called Aukra. Check it out! The county is called Romsdalen.

Hehe..i have sold EVERYTHING that is not Pentax in my house I have a lot of stuff from hähnel, mymyk, sirui etc to test out too..And much stuff from Lowepro and Lexar, but i god sponsored by them too..But beside GR II, all the cameras and lenses are Pentax only And most likely will stay that way for a long time! Even tough other brands are poking me

Haha, if everybody started writing their own dialect, we'd have a quick communication breakdown here. I don't think Google Translate even has modes for German dialects, and several of them even have their own Wikipedia versions, see e.g. https://bar.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiegelreflexkamera

Is that real information? That would mean there is an LCD overlay covering the VF for displaying crop frames and such which turns dark without power.

Oh oh oh, the big advantage of OVFs (for some) is gone: no looking anymore without a charged battery ...

Yes, Kenspo. I knew what you meant, and my comment was definitely not directed specifically at your use of copy, but the way it is used when referred to lenses by "everybody".

To me, copy implies something that was created by copying (duh) something, and I don't believe lenses are thus constructed However, I must concede that it appears that there is no more appropriate word in the English language.
