But today its the first day i get to test this one properly. Both shoot and concerts today!

Oh man I´m soooo jealous! Are you testing it at the concert with the K3 (II) or the K-FF? I really like to know how it feels on an aps-c Pentax in the pit. If you miss the short end of a 17-50 or sth like this or of its fine

Have fun with this little beauty and feel free to tell us how it behaved

Ivan Moody, Five Finger Deathpunch. 24-70 on the K-3 II. Its sharp and very fast!!! walks all over most lenses tested so far.

Yes it is !! - it's become my favorite lens since getting it 2 weeks ago, hasn't come off my K-3II

Wow beautiful photo! Sounds pretty good what you can say about it on the K3 II

Did you miss more wideangle with this one or was the 24mm wide enough on apsc?

I'd say yes, just stage lighting.
If the lighting manager is any good, it can really add to the gig experience (and incidentally helps photogs out too).

I wish it was a bit wider, but it will be better on the FF. Had the 12-24 and 16-50 with me, but wanted to test the 24-70 as much as possible.
