Yeah, seems like Pentax is especially prone to that. K-01, K-S1, K-1: three extremely different models! I have to say that Canon's single-digit models probably have the least confusing naming conventions. If I hear 1D/5D/7D, I immediately know pro tank FF/wedding FF/top APSC (gross oversimplification). Now that has become muddled of course by the proliferation of 1D and 5D models, and the addition of the 6D, and the fact that all single-digit cams are FF except the 7D.... okay, forget I said anything!
