Updated the specs.
Where are you getting this information from? A few of the things have been discussed, but much of your updates seem like random guesses. Are you throwing darts?

Patience. Patience. Patience.

I can almost feel the blood curdling cries of the naysayers as they begin to formulate their thoughts on the new flagship Next day or so are going to be hilarious.

Movement on the sync speed, I can't even imagine how much the extra 20ms will produce raising the quality of images returned, afterall it has been a massive dealbreaker for years and years..
Definitely. The specifications are okay (not bad at all). But apparently there have somethings which are odd (as Mistral75 questioned about 22 cross type AF points..).

this is incredible. love the idea of adding a feature to create in body timelapse videos. GGGRRRREEAT
Ehm, what is exactly this sync speed everyone is excited about? (I think this has something to do with flash? I am a total n00b regarding flash, only available light so far - maybe you can link me a video or so?!)

This is a camera far beyond my skills and needs. Awesome Comment! love it!
300K Shutters? My K5 Mk 2 is at 13,500. Who will ever destroy this durability?

If you do a lot of time lapse, you will easily run the shutter count up to 100 000 or much more. For example, a time lapse video of one minute duration played back at 25 frames per second consists of 1500 frames. And that is just one single video clip and only one minute :-)

After my questioning post I noticed you had sited your source (digicam info) in the other thread. I just couldn't figure out where you were getting your updated specs. Now it makes sense. So many people around here state assumptions, guesses, wishes, etc, as facts, it makes it hard to keep everything straight sometimes.

Maybe they can implement it in electronic shutter mode (but you would want the sun in view then burning an arc on your sensor).

That's OK if you aren't dealing with motion that would cause "rolling shutter" effects.

Whoa I'm so pleased you've got your hands on yours! Did it come with any of the new D-FA lenses from the lineup? I can't wait until you can share your non-muzzled opinions from what you've found so far. Congratulations on making it!
