are you aware that there are people on this forum who will take your numbers as a hidden message and are perfectly capable to create a rumor of a new camera from it?

That's easy! We cannot prove information from a web resource is true, but we can look at that source's past history and determine their reliability. Digicam has proven to be reliable in the past. Does that mean they are this time? No, but the odds are decent they are. The same litmus test can be used for forum members. Some have proven in the past to have accurate information before the general public. Ashaiman is the prime example.

Whether a website, a forum member, a Tamron sales rep, or your pet parakeet, past accuracy is the lens we will use first and foremost to evaluate current statements.

Yeah, but we don't undergo turpitudes as stock-options, do we ?

30 hours is 1/4th of a day. If we add 1.25 to 41 we get 42.25... which - despite all the evidence to the contrary - MUST be the number of megapixels

Countless investors have made money by investing in companies with proven track records; and myriad investors have lost their shirt, and then some, by investing in companies without proven track records.

As I stated, past accuracy does not mean they are accurate this time. But past accuracy is the first thing to consider. In any event I am not about to bet my life savings on the accuracy of Digicam's information. But until tomorrow I am going to assume the specs they have leaked are fairly close.

No wonder I'm so far behind! My 1/4 days only last 6 hours.

You mean the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth? It's going to be loud, for sure.

I could do that, but will refrain, until I can actually afford one. I want D810 IQ D750 AF, the Burst mode of a Canon 1D mkIV. I want the best of $12,000 worth of features that are spread over three or four camera systems in my one little Pentax body. Nothing else will do, oh woe is me.

That was the pre-emptive woe is me, it will get louder once the camera is released. I'm just warming up my vocal chords.
But that should come at the cost of a D3200 refurbished camera but with a couple of FA Limitied lenses with DC and WR added at no weight or size penalty.

AF points and fps..But i can live with small bursts 2-3-4 pics..And i can live with the AF points since it will be better then K-3II. But still wish it was a step closer to Nikon AF, but step by step..Pentax is getting better every time Im very happy with the newer and pentax tweaked version of the sensor. It will deliver stunning images in any type of photo.

All the jaw dropping stuff isn't something i will talk about yet. That is also nothing i will need to my type of photography, but they have really done stuff for most pentaxians..If you look at the type of photographers use it.
You should drop a couple of more hints like this one. I am not going to upgrade anytime in the forseeable future and am not waiting on pins and needles for the specs but am really enjoying the responses from others from your hints. Free entertainment.

To all others about the coffee maker, this FF camera has been in the works for a long time and it is designed in Japan and Pentax is not that heavy in the American market, I think it would make a lot more sense to have it make tea than coffee (also I drink tea not coffee).

If it's implementing the full tea ceremony, that would make it a very slow camera (I've been told it can last for hours).

actually,if I'm guessing right, kenspo gave a big clue about the jaw-dropper - I've sealed my answer in a locked container and left it with my solicitor - but we'll see

Most concerts i shoot are in difficult light read it this way; its nothing i need during concerts, since i always use more then 1 camera..But for other photographers working in the dark, it will be awesome.

"Live bulb"?

Might be a very good combination with the astrotracer to see how the picture develops.
