And 20!
A new version of the FA20/2.8 (with WR, but hopefully not insanely priced) would be one more reason for me to save for the FF.

I expect Pentax to re-release the FA limiteds with quick shift, new coatings, and maybe weather sealing. A 85mm f1.4 and 20-ish mm f2.8 also have to be in line. A wide zoom has been speculated as a rebranded Tamron 15-30 f2.8. Include the 70-200, as it hasn't been released yet and you are up to 7 lenses released next year, although some will be updates of pre-existing lenses and others rebrands. As to whether or not Pentax can do that, I am not sure, but I would think they can get close. I think the biggest thing for them currently is making sure the 70-200 is the focusing machine they want it to be.

On a side note, if Pentax could fix the purple fringing issues with the FA limiteds, I would definitely sell mine and buy the new versions. They are beautiful lenses, but the fringing gets so bad in certain situations that you get a white halo around your subject if you fix it.

What I would REALLY like... are revamped DA* lenses with Tamron's ring motor, HD coatings... but they aren't ff lense (except some are) so its a bit off topic. But do you think Pentax'll rebrand the lenses that work on FF like the DA* 300?

I have no doubt that eventually Pentax will release DA * lenses with faster motors and hopefully a new improved version of the DA *16-50. That said, such a project is certainly a couple of years away at the earliest. Getting the base of lenses out for full frame seems most important. It does seem like the 70-200 will cover those who need 200mm and f2.8 and fast focusing so updating the DA *200 seems to be on a back burner as well.

I think we can see an DFA*50 ish replacing the DA*55 quite soon... For a 85mm f/1.4 I don't know what will happen to me it certainly make no sense to have both a new FA77 f/1.8 and 85mm f/1.4 so soon. That's lot of investment on 2 lenses that would be quite similar. There could be the question between FA35 and FA31 and FA43 too.

Difficult to know what is the more important, and what would get priority.

Who knows? Some of these are pretty simple updates and wouldn't take a lot of R and D to get on the market. The FA *85 f1.4 was a classic in its time and sold at the same time as the FA 77, albeit with a higher price tag. It was a significantly larger lens that was more tuned to portraiture. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if Pentax breaks out that FA *85 formula and gives it an update as well.

I'm guessing that a long tele prime lens is also in the future plans. I don't know how the DA560 works on the new FF but something even more pro level like a 600/F4 would add much to the Pentax arsenal and prestige.

That would be sweet! Maybe the 560 works on FF? I don't remember what the PF review said about that. Even if it does, its rather long. Perhaps a more compact super telephoto prime, like the Sigma 500?

'Compact' and 'super-telephoto prime'.
Now there's two phrases you don't often hear together.

You hear them at Canon's: EF 600mm 1:4 L DO IS USM.

I really like the looks of that canon lens... New technologies arise and don't forget that the K-3II is a landscape-adventure oriented camera! If the new FF is of similar philosophy then pro level super teles are a must to compete with the canonikons... After all Ricoh-Pentax has to keep up with its reputation in super tele lenses (250-600 and 600s)

They mentioned vignetting on FF.
Not sure why I was reading the review - I'll never be able to afford it.

I would love that setup for wildlife... (I know it's not Pentax)
Also don't be too fooled, that's a huge body it's mounted to (not K-3 size :lol)

Indeed but the 600mm f/4 DO (front right) is much smaller than the 'regular' 600mm f/4 (back left):
