Well if it's Fa31mm then thè camera is less then 10 cm width, 30 % less then K-3. If the width is the same as K-3ii then thè lens front is 87mm, wich is huge, and nothing like Fa31mm.

This is just some lame boy playing in photoshop. Maybe the same that toyed around creating that desaster small K-S1 advertisement. Nothing to worry about.

If the lens was that big and proparly attached to the camera it would cover the Pentax logo!

Obviously it means the image format will be what most of the iPhone photographers and videographers have made a de facto standard: 9:16!

The good thing about teasers is that they are free (you don't need to spend your money to have it).

IMHO the image is consistent with a 130-ish wide body with the 24-70mm, perspective considered. As usual, people are complaining about nothing.

I think they meant SRL. Even google translate from Japanese to English translate to SLR. SRL is repeated many times, and it is so obvious that anyone from Ricoh marcom would have corrected it if it was a spelling mistake. So , it must be a different mirror system design that other brands of cameras don't have... but we don't know yet, we have to wait.

Then the body would be less high then K-3 while people say that the hump on top for the viewfinder was big. Looking at the image of that lens on the K-1 you see that the logo would be Blockt. So to me this lens is a photoshop. There is no angel that makes perspective different since the lens is viewed flat from the top.

The guy who made the teaser is dyslexic. In the English version he wrote SRL instead of SLR (eight times, no less, when 一眼レフ = 'single-lens reflex' appears 14 times in the Japanese version), in the Japanese version he wrote PETNAX instead of PENTAX.

I can´t wait to get my hands on this new digital Single Reflex Lens from Petnax.

Well, I promised myself a long time ago that I would let someone else be the beta tester on this release but I will get it as soon as it hits the stores. Skipping christmas this year!

If you think about it does it make any difference if it Single Lens Reflex or Single Reflex Lens? As long as it has a mirror it is a Reflex camera. As long has it has one (objective) lens then it is is Single.

SRL might stand for Super Rapid Launch.

Or Sensor Rotation Lever: you can rotate the sensor 90 degree, so you don't have to turn the camera for portrait orientation ?

If so, all Asahi Pentax cameras, in particular the SP, LX and 6x7, together with the *istD, K100D and 645D, all SRLs according to the teaser, enjoyed Super Rapid launch or Sensor Rotation Lever too
