Are these lenses others in addition to the 15-30 and 24-70?

Not in GMT +10 you won't!
I've checked the local 24-70 prices and the Pentax branded lens is 2x the price of the Tamron (which I use on my D810).

Unless it's a star lens with aerobrite coatings then that seems a rather hefty price to pay for the same optics.

That's because the Tamron is in perpetual discount with an instant rebate applied. The retail price is higher, and the Pentax retail price will come down in a year or so. It has happened with every lens released since Ricoh took over...

I doubt the 15-30 would have been on display. It hasn't been announced yet. It must have been the 24-70, 150-450, * 70-200.

The 15ish-30ish and 24ish-105ish will probably be announced next month at CP+.

Since Jun Hirakawa works at Tamron now, they are probably more Pentax lenses than some of these supposed Rocoh/Pentax lenses are.

If I have one regret it's that I don't had more Hirakawa lenses, especially the 77 and 43 and DA 55 ƒ1.4. IN fact the only lens I have of his is the fisheye.

Unfortunately true, if the DFA 24-70 or the 150-450 local prices are any guide.

[Memo to CRK: pls be nice to us patient Pentaxians. Set the K-1 recommended retail price at a level that will encourage current (and new) Pentax users to actually buy the camera.]
My guess will be that CRK will price the lenses similarly to japan's prices (if not a tad cheaper) and royally bend us over in pricing of the body considering a K3 body tends to sell for over $1000 here in AUS

Apparently Precision Repair has an exclusive contract for Pentax repair that runs out mid year.

I went to my local dealer today and he was talking about what he saw last week at CES. There were a half dozen K-1s available for handling on dealer day. No batteries and the rear buttons were taped over. The K-1s had the new DFA lenses and he said, "they were obviously made by Tamron." That makes a lot of sense to have Tamron building the lenses while Pentax ramps up production on the K-1. He also said that the K-1 has been in series production since September so that there will be a good supply on hand when it's officially released. Ricoh is also actively working on starting up a factory warranty and repair facility because most dealers won't stock Pentax without one. Apparently Precision Repair has an exclusive contract for Pentax repair that runs out mid year.

I'm just passing it along so take it for what it's worth.
The one I saw was not taped over and it is a beauty. I promised I will not let the cat out of the bag before it is time. The camera is a beast. It was a fully functioning camera and it is the best Pentax I have ever seen. Lots of goodies but can't talk about it. Get ready to be blown away by this beauty and from what I understand, we don't have to wait too long .

Production having started in September is a curiosity. I heard other things.

Is there a list of all the lenses he's designed somewhere? Or is that basically the list (in your statement?). Just curious.
As too often happens, I post something and then readily find an answer.

Asahi man has said this rumor, which went around last October, is false. The 70~200 is 100% Pentax design and asembly.
It is. 70-200 is 100% Pentax. 24-70 (as we know now) and the 15-30 is rebrand.

Hope Ricoh will announce the new 15-30 alongside with a few new prime lenses with FF. Though I don't see new prime coming in lens road map..

My guess is that they will put new HD coatings on the Hirakawa Jun lenses and pop in a few surprises as well.
