I was thinking the same at exactly the moment you posted. Of course part of the reason there is more trailing around the edges is lens distortion, that cannot be compensated for by SR. But some improvement may be possible indeed...

Drool... Seems appropriately positioned to allow for a slight light to make sure the lens is still focused on infinity while doing astrophotography? Pentax is not making it easy to stick to my promise not to fall into the FF trap... Tx for the sneak Kenspo!!

No tilt

Wim
Actually it's vertical and horizontal tilt, and rotate. Those are not the sensor's movement - which is moving in a fixed plane - but the motions the system is able to compensate for.

Did you say changing lenses in the dark? Reminds me of a song...

"I get up in the evening
Gonna shoot my camera late tonight
Frustrated by morning
Wasn't able to change my lens, no light.

I’m just needing some help now.
Don’t wanna drop my lenses on the floor.
Hey there Pentax, can you help me a little more?

Now go shoot your photos
Because this new camera’s got a spark.
The K-1 from Pentax
Will let you change lenses in the dark."

Those are the words I hear Americans use, at least in my part of the country. I don't know what words the east coast, west coast, south use, let alone what the actual Brits say.

I didn't want to imply the terms used by Mistral75 are incorrect(ly used). I wanted to imply that I didn't use them

LED's are notoriously stingy in their energy appetites. I like all these homages to LX.
