Continuous shooting a bit slower than expected... but not terrible
300,000 shutter durability is pretty good!!

Now the question is - what are the new features of the K-1 not listed in the on-paper specs?

Great spec list! Everyone should be happy about that. Most pentaxians for good specs and whiners for Pentax leaving them a few points to whine about.

Specs are pretty much what's been rumored before, sync speed is up to 1/200th, but USB2???? How about tethering?

1/200 from 1/180 what a waste of time on R&D better to have left it alone.

Not that I;d take this as gospel I very much doubt it will revert to USB2 from the USB3 the k3 series offers

It reads more like someone collating rumours than hard facts.

If it is hard fact then the FPS speeds would indicate the processor is a derivative of the K3's and not a new faster release.

Waste of time? They used a different shutter altogether; and one with significantly better durability.

The max flash sync at 1/200th is heading in the right direction .... Perhaps more passing a psychological barrier than having much practical impact? But it sure sounds more 'pro' ....

The USB2 part has me scratching my head too.. only because the K-3 II uses usb3.. not sure why they'd go back to 2.0

I say we should wait until Ricoh releases the specs themselves to get too emotional over these specifications. Or at least that is my plan.. not that I'm planning on really getting too emotional over them then either.
