No flash means that this part is not tested, so better batter life for the camera without flash. You can see this best between K-3 and K-3ii

Sounds interesting. Remote control via WiFi. Probably the same setup as the K-S2 (remote capture and image view, via the 'Image Sync' app). Or perhaps more sophisticated somehow.

I read that it will come in april. Not a surprise to me, since in my analysis of Ricoh forcast there was no sales projected before april.

That's a bit of a shame. It'll be hitting the stores at around the same time as the Nikon D5, which will take some of the shine off the K-1, even if they're not direct competitors.

I notice that the local representative of one of Australia's biggest stores (Camera World) currently has a big push on, urging users to "Upgrade to Full Frame", and guess whose cameras they're talking about?

My guess is that it still requires, or at least does best with a tripod, but that it has an algorithm that removes artifacts and ghosting from the final image -- probably by replacing it with parts of the first image.

Did I read that correctly: lens mount,card slot and control button illumination?

It also appears the AF system has expanded and customized selectivity of AF sensors. We also now have customization of the LCD overlay as well.
