Did I read that correctly: lens mount, card slot and control button illumination?
Yes. But it's optional [High/Low/Off].

Seems kind of weird, except for the control button illumination.

Pretty neat. There is a ”dent” above the lens mount (visible in some of the pictures), I’ll bet there is a LED there illuminating whatever is below.

I have been out in the dark with manual lenses and have to set the aperture by counting the number of clicks on the aperture ring. (or bring out the flashlight, which usually means ruined night vision. ) Now there is a little light right above the lens.

And of course, changing lenses in the dark…

I think they mean that those are the features that you can set on the camera when a flash is on the shoe - instead of having to set the mode on the flash.

Probably not that amazing. I guess it means that where there is motion, pixel shift is not used.

well that certainly explains that, Though It won't be of much help when a lens is mounted....especially if it is AW/WR.

...and equally ruined night vision.

It means Pixel Shift while hand held AND Pixel Shift on a moving subject like leaves on trees or clouds.

Video is 60i not 60p like in the K3. Looks like the Prime IV is the Prime III

contrasted with the need for the camera to be bolted to a tripod when using pixel shift.

I think just detection of moving subjects and using the reference shot to edit out motion artefacts. I don't think the in camera hdr alignment is good enough to merge pixelperfect images. Unless that has been corrected ofcourse.
