Yep, had a chance to handle this lens today, it's fat and and beautiful lens product, available from Tamron for other brands.

A fast wide prime is a higher priority IMHO. Somewhere in the 20-24 range. A camera pitched at astrophotography needs that, unless the 15-30 is truly exceptional.

Not just a fast wide but one with really good coma control as well I'd say is most important

What the 50-135 f/2.8 is on crop, I'm hoping the 70-200 f/2.8 is on FF and then some -- that is, pocket full of primes. But this time with a faster focusing motor.
