Tamron coming back to the K-mount???

I was reading the nikon rumors page and found that Tamron released a teaser about 2 new lenses, and also, I went to a facebook Pentax group and saw that Jun Hirakawa former Pentax lens creator and now working for Tamron said:

QuoteQuote:
今はTamronで働いています

PENTAX のカメラやレンズの話をしましょう
That kind of translate to: "Tamron is working on the Pentax camera and we will talk in the future.. " (facebook translation) ..

This is what the NikonRumors page said about the Tamron teasers:

QuoteQuote:
Just like Sigma, Tamron also has posted a teaser on their website and Facebook page for two new lenses that will be announced for the CP+ show in Japan on February 22nd. Last year Tamron announced two new prime lenses (45mm and 35mm). My guess is that the new lenses will be from the same line - there is already a patent for a Tamron SP 85mm f/1.4 Di VC USD lens.

So.. will this mean that we'll have Tamron releasing K lenses in the future?? if it is, that would be awsome to have them back.

Or maybe we see some Tamron lenses made by Tamron in a Pentax coat. They have some nice lenses that can do good for Pentax.

Are they going to buy Pentax from Ricoh, so that Tamron can also have a camera system like Sigma ?

Can it be possible that Ricoh bought Tamron?

Tamron is a sinking ship. They just kicked their CEO: Tamron Shakes Things Up; Replaces CEO

Sinking camera sales means sinking lens sales. It's not only Nikon who is drowning by loads of customers running away.

Tamron simply have to use every opportunity to sell more.

Yeah, I think it is more deals, like the 15-30mm f2.8 produced as Tamron, but also as Pentax for the Pentax mount. So I doubt we will see many more Tamron lenses for Pentax than we do now, just some more Pentax lenses that were produced "in cooperation" with Tamron.
But! It is an interesting question about those Tamron primes. For some reason, I doubt those will be rebadged into Pentax outfits. We'll see.

So was Pentax. Ricoh bought Pentax for lens tech, so same could happen to Tamron.
Ricoh can keep Tamron as brand, as it happened to Pentax. It would bee something like sigma making there lenses to all who wants to buy it and keeping they'r cameras still alive

I don't expect Ricoh to buy Tamron, but that would be something. If for no other reason than getting Mr. Jun Hirakawa back.

P.S. Ricoh bought Pentax for many things, including business-targeted technology and a functional camera division (not just lenses).

No wait, I've got it - Tamron makes mirrorless and Ricoh buys up Samsung NX tech and 28mpx bsi sensor - after all Ricoh only has 3 mounts in play (K, Q, 645) so NX makes four! What the heck, join the micro4:3 consortium Ricoh, I dare ya!

The next big thing is the updated Pentax lens roadmap. It could answer so many questions.

Maybe a restructure could happen. If Ricoh would outsource lens production to Tamron then they could close the Vietnam factory. Could safe money, bring new products and keep lens production quality at a high level. Maybe even sell some Pentax lenses in a Tamron coat.
