You know, I like how these silver editions have looked over the years - they look very cool. The contrast between black and silver is very pleasant to look at aesthetically. But I cannot help but think that it just ins't for me. It seems it would draw too much attention to the camera. Hard to be incognito.

good stuff, and only 500, I wonder how they will distribute around the world?

this thread has not gathered many posts under the new and present huge cloud of the K-1

That's a mighty pretty camera but if I want a showpiece Pentax it's hard to overlook the K-1.

Looks nice. I'm into hi-fi as well as photography and it's hard to find silver audio equipment like they use to sell back in the day. Not sure what is so great about black ?
