Congratulations to night86mare! What a well deserved honour.

Obviously, he didn't earn the accolades by being a K100D owner but certainly it is good news for Pentax when such a talented photographer chooses Pentax equipment and clearly the camera allowed him to do his great work, i.e., didn't get in the way.

So yes, night86mare deserves all the limelight but the K100D also proved its worth.

Worth repeating and repeating.
On the other hand, why do we always need to compare brands. Talent is talent.

Thanks for the link Denis and congrats night86mare.

Great artist and a pretty fantastic writer too. It looks like he must take a few hundred pictures/day and loves to tell a good story with them.

I seem to get my best images when I do exactly that; forget about the camera, think about the subject and fill the card - consistently. Frames/second contributes far less to the creation of dynamic images than frames/year.

True, but had he used a different camera brand I had just asumed he is a genious and maybe looked at his pictures some other time. Since he is using a Pentax I had to take a good look at his pictures to be able to see if all the raving about the pictures here was just a result of the great tool he uses or if he is ALSO a genious...
