Perhaps who the camera is sent to should be limited only to members that have a positive track record such as good marketplace feedback or a certain amount of posts/ regularity of posting? Bummer that it is lost as this is an interesting thread.

Fair thought, but people like me, not the most frequent users and not using the marketplace, would I be excluded, I personally think it's not fun that the K1000 is lost at the moment, but why should anyone want to run of with it... Things can happen, let's hope we can get an answer why Enigmaticca drop off the radar.

I agree. Lots of things can happen. I'm fine with switching to the different camera if need be, but let's try to find out what happened first.

What started out to be a wonderful venture , seems to be unsustainable in todays environment.
Makes me very sad...…
No matter WHAT may be going on in someones life short of Death or 100% incapacitation......at some point they are going to respond and get it straightened out...? Right ?
The camera and lens is GONE !......lets either give up this endeavor , or get it going again !
Waiting around after 9 months is simply a waste of everyones time.
Lets get the Show Back On The Road......I have a Nice 50mm lens , where do I send it ?

I also suggest that only established members with "X" amount of posts are incusive to the Travelling K1000 list.

I used the Pentaxforums "email" feature to write to @Enigmaticca, so maybe he will respond. I haven't used this email feature before, so we'll see if it helps. I guess we shouldn't count on it, though, his last forum post was in May of last year.
