(and 52mm filters)....so it will always be with me. Not for everyone....not for you with what you've indicated.
Of course huge prints and full on corner sharpnesss, wide open pixel peeping etc is Zeiss territory
I went looking mostly at Nikon D800 shots with it (flickr etc).... best way to see if it will suit your needs.
Im really dont care softness until 1/4 or the cornerss in the side, and 1/8 softness on the top or bottom part wide open, i look on the flickr stream of the lens, a lot of f8-f11-f16 shoots, very good all of them way better than any of my tries, and a few at f3.5 (didnt look too much as it was almost 3am) some look soft in all the frame, some sharp enough (at small (only) resolution), some with the focus way off.... and that make a desicion very dificult as im not certain if the lens is soft wide open or sharp enough, if someone have a lemon or they cant do manual focus, reviews are pretty much equal, some says the lens is a gem others rather dissaponting lens, so im not shure on what to think
I cant denied Zeiss quality, but if the Samyang deliver 95% of that quality at less than half the cost (as the 135mm) ill take it.
Still looking for a cheap voigtlander 58mm tough XD
Thanks for your input
