On the contrary I think we will see Samyang lenses with autofocus within 5 years. And then some Chinese autofocus lenses...
There are Chinese autofocus lenses already: Yongnuo 35mm f/2, 50mm f/1.8 and 100mm f/2. Only in Canon EF and Nikon F mounts though.

There are also recently shipping Samyang AF lenses for FE/E mount, like 50/1.4 or 14/2.8

As from Paris salon de la photo, the lens is on display in Nikon mount, quite nice feeling and somehow smaller than its 15/2.4 brother.
The availability is foreseen in january 2017, for Canon, Nikon and hopefully Pentax.

This last one 45/1.4 is presented as a mock-up under glass in Paris.
Really HUGE a lens, like if 4 to 5 FA 43mm Limited were put together... and manual focus not so easy to use in such a range... definitely a No-Go for lots of people...

Let's hope they will add the AF

I tried the 11mm prototype on photokina and that was looking ok (but a lot bulkier than the faster Laowa 12mm F2.8)

That is a *very* good price for an UWA prime. Hopefully it actually does turn out to be a competitive product.

Irix 11mm January Release?

The latest rumour on the Irix 11mm suggests this lens will be going wild next month. Not much detail in the article, but it's here for your perusal: Irix 11mm f/4 lens to start shipping in January 2017 | Photo Rumors

I'm interested in this one for it's weather sealing and price, but will be waiting until we see some reviews before jumping in.

This comment from the DPReview article is comedy gold.
