Well, it seems to be the case that they don't care much about video at all.
If they did, would they not support sensor-based shake reduction for video, as it was available in the K-5 II?
I fully support prioritising still photography performance, e.g. when it comes to choosing a suitable sensor for a camera, but it seems that Ricoh is not really trying to provide the best video performance possible, with a given sensor.
Too bad, because it may be costing them sales to not fully exploit what the hardware should be capable of doing.
