K-3ii marked as discontinued

My speculation is that K3iii will switch to full frame. Then we will have :
K1 - high end full frame
K3iii- middle level full frame
K5iii- high end APS-C
K70 - middle level APS-C

There have been statements from several credible sources that Pentax does not currently plan to introduce another FF camera below or above the K-1. So luckily the chance of your speculation being true is pretty minuscule.

I am upset. I hated the K3II because it had no built-in flash. Now what am I left to hate? Pent-up hate is a terrible thing, it leads to people buying large numbers of Fuji lenses which won't mount on any body but Fuji's and we all know, nobody owns a Fuji.

When It's a camera with a new sensor/processor/AF it probably will not be called K3 III but something else, like K-2
