Well then you might be disappointed when the kp comes out. I have a reliable source telling me that the kp isn't actually a camera, but an incognito flask designed to help you sneak alcohol into sporting events. Who needs fast af and fps when you have spirits!

The concept is similar to this:

I had a pair of those for football games in the 70s. The grey cup (CANADIAN football final) they were mandatory because it was usually snowing or just that blue sky icy cold. Either way whiskey binoculars helped

Why sad? I understand it features new improved AF, with pinpoint accuracy, particularly in very dark environments.

Moreover, despite the renowned strong Pentaxian - Pentax equipment binding, never before a Pentax camera felt like a part of yourself so much...

Now I get it. the camera is aimed at the more extreme instagram foodies that are looking for new challenges in their particular field.

I expect threads showing up soon. x_x

Actually i was not making a joke and in the past both Nikon and Olympus have both had their medical instruments and photography promotions mixed up including the drawings. It's not uncommon for humans to mix up very similar worded items.

Mixing up? How could it happen, now, when medical is with Hoya Corporation while cameras are with Ricoh?

I didn't say Pentax actually did mix up now did i. I said it's happened with other imaging companies before.

So what are you actually saying, then?
There's zero chance of people mixing things up in this particular case.
