I still hope for at least a prototype under glass. Just to make us wait.
You'll have a roadmap under glass. Whether it's a prototype... only time will tell.

I don't think you are contributing to the hype. Fuji also had a very impressive photobook that they gave to dealers when the X-Pro-1 came out. Beautify images. I'm just saying that it's common marketing. A4 is still a small print and I would want to see a series of prints (same subject) to see how the color holds up across the range.

Pentax K-1 Review - Image Quality
According to Imaging Resource the K-1 starts to fall apart above ISO 16,000 for an A4 size print, so the KP would be 2 stops better than the K-1. Obviously it depends on what you consider "good". I print at A3+ (K-1) and 1600 is when I start to see some skin tones color (reds/pinks) start to soften and lose detail. If the KP is holding color up to 51,200 then it is smoking the K-1 in terms of color accuracy.

It would be nice to have some samples of low light/high ISO images for wildlife.
My K5 beats my K3 in that department, so if the KP can actually "beat" the K-1 (see previous post), I can only imagine the sort of shots one would be able to get under poor lighting conditions.

Kenspo, just answer this question: how bright is the future for Pentax ? Bright as in the sun or EVF ?

Using the reverse psychology method:

Kenspo ... "I'm telling you, there won't be an APS-C successor to the K3/k3II. I got this from a sure source."
The KP seems to "have it all", so there is no way Ricoh will salvage the sales of the K1 only to have a "better APS-C camera (that could beat the K1).
I also got that from a reliable source.

...and, no matter what will be said by Ricoh Imaging about Pentax future, I'm sure people here will complain.

+1 to that. But at least I finally finished my 2017 calendar, a few days into February

Our son printed and framed some of his favorite shots from last year as a Christmas present for my wife. I must say that even ISO 3200 shots from his K-s1 look quite good printed. That underrated little camera has a remarkably good sensor (and the AF seems more reliable than on my K-5 as well).
I print A3 calendars every year, and most images are square, which means a little over A4 full page.

As regards sharpness and colours, on matte paper calendars, images taken at 6MP with my high end compacts Fuji X10 or Fuji X-S1 look almost as good than those coming from my 24MP K3. I even had one nice full page using an image coming from an Iphone.

What APS-C brings is mainly more appealing images thanks to more subtle contrast and more subject separation (bokeh), which produces a kind of 3D effect.

Here are some real life apllication samples for really high ISO shots:
???????????????? ?46????????KP????????? ! ? ? | ??????????

Not pieces of art, but for journalists/reporters or otherwise just documenting things these are very impressive and have their use.

Why does a Fuji blog know more about kp then a Pentax forum?
