Why isn't this topic more active. All the action is going on in the 85mm topic but this one is supposed to come sooner and it is about the time in September when Pentax used to introduce stuff. Year of the Prime @Kenspo!

112 pages for a lens which we have only seen a mock-up of, that seems pretty active to me!

And 55 pages for the 85mm, as of yet only mentioned on some roadmap.

What would it be if these lenses had been announced, launched and purchased by myriads of Pentaxians...

We'd have a few happy owners, and 115 pages of complaints about price/other missing lenses/how Fuji is so much better, etc.

We'd also have reviews showing this lens as one of the best 50s in existence (hopefully), which would give the brand a bit more visibility...
