Well, Adam never stated one way or the other if the surprises would be welcome...

asahiman mentioned a new K-1 firmware update in a couple of months.. so maybe it has to do with that. Or perhaps back porting KAF4 to further models. Or Ricoh is tired of listening to our obnoxious, whiny banter and are getting out of the camera business just to avoid us.
