So they're not selling a camera not yet announced? Preposterous!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm skipping the GR III. I want the GR IV if it ever comes.

The GRII is still a great camera... I wish they would release a variation with a 23mm f2 or f2.4 llens. I think a lot of people would buy it over the X100 series!

No way, I'm waiting for the GR V. I heard that is going to be the one to beat.

I might have enough money to buy one by the time the GR X comes out.

I bought a GR II off eBay a couple of days ago ... like what I see so far!

I can see why its Snap focus mode makes it a favourite for street photographers like Eric Kim, and its size is great for anyone else fitting an APS-C sensor in a body the size of my 1" sensor cameras.

From what I’ve been told by whoever he is, The GR IV will include a 64 megapixel sensor. It will be as big and as light as the Nokia 3300. It has an 8k video and can also do the 360 video of the theta. Truly a versatile camera designed to be tough, built to last a century. It heat resistant even up to the waters boiling point. It is water proof which you can take 20000 leagues under the sea. It is shock proof and can be used as a defensive weapon. Put a wrist strap and whack a camera snatcher’s head resistant if you know what I mean. It is truly an outdoor photo equipment. It has a built-in multi tool which you can use during camp outs (knife, bottle opener, can opener and etc.). Attach the camera to a car battery and you can use the LCD screen as a night light for a week. It has a slot where you can attach a Gillette refill blade and use it as a shaver. One of the coolest thing is, it has a lighter. However, it can only be used for lighting up stoves and camp fires. As the camera is made for healthy people, the lighter cannot be used for lighting cigarettes, cigars or pipes. Once the sensor smells tobacco, it will throw out flame like a flame thrower and burn your pipe, cigar and cigarette immediately. So be careful. You might burn your eyebrows, mustache or beared.
The difference between the GR IV and the GR V is that the latter has rice cooker and oven toaster accessory which can be attached to the camera. Another feature which was made for specifically for campers. Since I’m on a diet, I will wait for the GR IV.

Google translate shows the announcement as saying "We are planning to increase our products and contents more and more in the future. Maybe you may mute secret information that can not be said else, so why not check it often?" Sounds like this is maybe gearing up for the new camera to be announced?

I'm no Eric Kim, but I really like the GR snap for landscape work, and for "out of the window" travel shooting. Still using the "classic". Power to weight it cannot be beat.
