Done.

But why do they give us a nice big field for some things and only one line for important things like what new lenses we want? Hard to cram all of those on one line. I was going to make a nice numbered list for them but it would not fit.............

My responses won't help
  • 55-64
  • Bought Pentax because I started with Pentax
  • 'Have Pentax Products' list is ridiculously extensive
  • Can't tell them I want anything
I did explain about Pentax brand identity markers as positive attributes.

Communicate better, Develop western markets. Use Social Media better (Fuji example) if you've abandoned traditional retail distribution.

Exactly what I mentioned.

I did ask for a DFA 24-105 f/4 a DFA 18-40 f/4 and a DFA 200mm macro, though.

this survey is misconstructed..it would work 30 years ago..
the first question should have asked

"Have you heard of Pentax before?"

My survey response was basically in the vein of ...

*Put some marketing effort into the USA market
*You guys are known for quality, innovation and reliability -- so let folks know
* Expand and refresh your prime lens line-up for APS-C and FF. Especially 20, 24, 28, 85 and 135mm space. The zooms seem to be getting attention, but the primes appear to be neglected driving folks to 2nd-hand/used markets. Explore offering EVF (dedicated or Hybrid). And don't ignore the mirror-less space.
*I have more Pentax cameras and lenses than I can possibly list
*I'd love to own a K1 and 645Z

This survey looks fishy; really badly done. There is no legal statements, no addresses, disclaimers, nothing. Even the style is not according to Ricoh's PR guidelines. Has somebody hacked their Twitter and posted this to phish for people's emails and marketing ideas?

I was about to state that..it seems like Ricoh is using the free 10 question limit version of Surveymonkey..
Why would Ricoh use this??
I would had expected a survey from Ricoh.com , not a third party service..

from ricoh's twitter feed, there's a new(?) survey:

Pentax Survey
Can you post a link to Ricoh's tweet that includes this? I can't seem to find it and this seems suspicious.
Why do they need an email address?

Now I feel real stupid and I am usually fairly savvy regarding phishing schemes.
