Pentax/Ricoh HQ in Colorado, New Jersey, now Georgia?

Many US company do exactly the same in many countries around the world . Why Ricoh should do more that what US company do somewhere else. This is the new reality.

I don't expect either a Samsung phone seller to be aware that Samsung actually develops and sells artillery stuff among others.
