Yes, if anyone sees a site for this, Iʻd be interested in the next to be released 11-18mm. Although I donʻt actually need or want to pre-order; I need to know the approximate release price so I can submit a request through my schoolʻs capital budget acquisition for next summer/fall.

No, because it has not been officially announced yet. Per the reference exhibit press release, the 50mm will become available in the spring of next year, followed by the 11-18mm in the summer.

Spring of next year you will be able to pre-order the lens.

It's set to be released in the spring, so pre-orders won't be available probably around Mid-winter (I'd say early-to-mid February) when there's already large batch of lens made & ready to be delivered to photo stores (Adorama, B&H, etc.).
