Pre-photokina news are all very excited in the Canon and Nikon lands. In fact, the 50D and 90D are very strong and updated in features and specs (even in the system performance and IQ departments), which just blow the dinosaur age designed and feature-less K20D out of the water or just anything. What Pentax will do and how would they react? Nothing? Something?

How come a 'proud owner of a K100D' consider himself to be qualified to judge on the K20D is beyond me...

From what I gather Canon owners are underwhelmed with the 50D, they have been underwhelmed since the 20D came out according to some.. They all want to know what comes after 5D...

Oh and the D90 has 12 MP 'yawn' and vidayo 'large yawn'

"What", "how"...best of all "why"?

D90 video is dumb [10 or 5 minutes capped, and no autofocus during the capture]: and it could be the feature we'll LOL in the next five years. Better to PEntax develop the lens lineup. A new avaible lens is always the best feature a camera manufacturer can implement for a camera.

Then, maybe Pentax could catch the "old school" users, those who use a reflex to simply shoot photos.
