In this case, since end of May, Dark Image Syndrome has been an issue for the first exposure of the day, and everything is normal after that.

With my collection of manual lenses, I have no reason to freak out at this point - I can afford to be patient, and I don't want to purchase something this month when events of the next year might cause me to regret the decision, so I will live normally and maybe by next year at this point I either purchase a KP or a new 'first choice'.
