An image of the Ricoh booth has been posted on Ricoh’s website. You can’t tell much from it. They are likely to announce any new things they are exhibiting closer to the date.

Interesting. There's a discussion in Ricoh Forum on DPR about the GR II being discontinued, yet at the stall the GR has its own section and talks:
* GRist Mitsuo Suzuki talks about the charm of GR

Other points of interest:
* Newest PENTAX full size × Naoki Okamoto Talk about the appeal of large aperture lens
*Izumi Taniguchi and developers talk Attraction of PENTAX K series

On the other hand, the GR II is explicitly mentioned: "You can experience PENTAX 645Z, PENTAX K-1, PENTAX KP, various interchangeable lenses, GR II and so on. Please take it and actually try it out."

it looks like a 3d rendering of the booth, i wouldn't pay too much attention other than general layout. especially ignore what looks like three telephoto lenses with white barrels/hoods, even i am not that optimistic!

I caught that too. Looks like three DA 560's. As much fun as it would be the speculate, it is clearly just filer for the shelf.

Only if development cost is less (much less) than royalty cost. (not to mention tooling up cost from scratch)

They would still get all the money, regardless if it's more effective or not

The problem is, outsourcing what should be your area of expertise is a slippery slope - once or twice it's fine, but do it too much, too often and you'll lose the ability to make your own designs, less alone improving it. The D FA* 50mm f/1.4 is a good example: they have to work hard at raising their own standards, and that is because it's their first lens made at such standards (or second, if we can count the D FA* 70-200). They had to develop their own ring-type SDM motor, which is something everybody else had for ages. There's hope that ring-type SDM would make its way into more and more lenses, especially if the diameters can be matched. How about a D FA* 300mm f/4 with fast AF?
But what if - what an outrageous idea, never before seen on this forum! - they decided instead to rebadge Sigmas? None of it would happen. We'd only get more expensive Sigmas... I can't speak for others, but that's not why I'm a Pentaxian!

In that case they will wait to collect my money at least 10 years.

I must admit that I have very exotic lens requirements like ultra wide primes, fast 85, consumer/prosumer long telephoto lenses and all those irrelevant lens types.

I'm probably out of date, because these days typical consumers uses big fat full frame zoom pro lenses on full frame consumer bodies.

I have high expectations that the release of K-1 II will return me to the mainstream.

Will we get a mock up of the 85/1.4?
I would like to see that but I think it's too early. Probably next year.

What i meant by that remark was, being beside the main 2 3rd party lens makers, perhaps some K mount negotiation may take place.

Personally, id buy the Tamron 18-400mm superzoom as a travel lens.
I'll do the same in a split of a second.

Given this: http://www.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/japan/products/lens/images/K_Mount_Lens.pdf I wonder if your sarcasm is warranted.

Let's see if you'll buy them when they'll appear

No DFA-L IMO, plain DFA would be cool. 1/1.8 instead of 1/1.4 or something.

While I love the concept of a lower end and a higher end 28mm prime pair being available, I don't think it's rational to assume either are showing up anytime in the next couple of years at a minimum. Otherwise we'd be hearing about them already.
