As already mentioned, in Sweden we use that, and as a bonus, happens to be the ISO standard date format as well (ISO 8601 - Wikipedia) and works nicely to get chronological order of files, folders etc when sorting numerically! Can replace the whole catalog part or LR by folders =) (almost maybe...)

Edit: Ouch, the iso part and file sorting was already mentioned as well, just read the first few words of that post...doh! as Homer would say =)

Its funny in the states we say july 4th but independence day is on the 4th of july. I suppose its because the writers of the declaration of independence were still british at the time of writing.

No, "81" is said "eighty one" ... and the mathematical interpretation agrees with that.

BTW - business day is over in Japan, so its highly unlikely anything is going to happen 'today'
