Yes, it should have WR, especially dust seal .
But after buying K1, I think that a thin folding screen would be very good in low position and for street photography.
And i do not say no to a KP sensor for 35 and 50mm crop.

Let me take a guess on this question. So new GR in april? Probably not, since then it would be on CP+. So how and when then?

Well Ricoh has 4 quarterly reports every year. In each report there is a mention of new products. This is tending to become one new item. So we have K-1ii in this period. Three left to go. One will be the dfa*50mm showing up in april-june. One could be the new GR. One will be a Theta. So I don't see the da*11-18mm coming this year, unless there is no new GR.

GR dedicated site in April, camera later, probably September after Fotokina. As i recall something similar was with original GR it was announced in spring of 2013 realised October 2013.

Yep. Dust is the big nemesis of the current GR. Everything else is all good in my view. Besides, the Eeyores will moan no matter what they add anyway

Of course, if they can fit the KP processor chip I wouldn't be opposed to a higher resolution sensor. The lens is certainly up to it. But 16MP is plenty, really.

Above anything else, I hope they don't mess with the size. The main draw of the GR is the small size (combined with great IQ and a fantastic interface). I would love a KP-like flip screen, but not if it means a thicker body.

A new 24mp sensor in the gr with the noise reduction chip and stabilisation capable of pixelshift resolution would be great.

What ever sensor they use it would be nice to have 14-bit files from it. The GRII would have better dynamic range if they allowed 14-bit RAW files. That was one of the things with the K-01 16mp 12-bit RAW files you could really see a difference compared against the K-5 16mp 14-bit RAW files.

I had this with my Sigma DP1X (28mm/APS-C compact) and its the main thing that has put me off the GR so far. Also, I've got used to walking around in the rain/snow with the K-3II and K-1!

Yep, added WR would be fantastic. I have to add, though, I'm too bothered by the dust. The one spot big enough to show up is easily cloned out on even backgrounds, and very hard to spot on uneven backrounds. And My GR was well worn when I got it. I suspect that the previous owner had it loose in his pockets rather than in a bag. I haven't noticed any additional dust after I got it.
