New charger bigger battery? The GR/GR II uses the BJ-6 charger. This means a bigger step-up than between GR and GR II.

It's so nice for things to be at this stage - everyone can guess, no one is declared to be wrong, and no one can find a detail that s/he can label as a "deal breaker".

In that spirit, I'll declare the new battery to be for a new Q-07, where the 'accelerator' could do real good, and where the 'accelerator' and the EVF {that Pentax has been the only hold-outs in using} need more power.

Now, back to reality .....
