You are missing the point, you sunny-sky fanboy. I have sold all my old sunny-skies and now use the superior sunless-skies. There you can see what you get and don't need error prone extra mechanical parts like "sunglasses". And the sky either is dull-grey or black.

You just need to go to the sunless-skies forums and you'll see, we all agree. Especially when shooting after work in winter, it is clear: the sky is all black.

Go ask the astro pros.

Just because a few fad followers have chosen to go sunless doesn't mean every body has. Many of us will continue to treasure our sunny days (and blue skies) even if sunless makes up 90% of the markets or more. As long as we can have our sun from time to time we don't care about what porcelain white sunless people do.

So typical that the sunny-sky fanboys are here to tell us that their blues are way better then our blues.......

I've noticed that since I upgraded the windows in my home to "full frame" ones, that the blues in the sky seem clearer -- less noisy, one might say.

I won't believe it unless it wsa a double blind study where people didn't know whether they were evaluating the new ones or the old ones. Too many people just get excited about getting new windows and can't be objective.

But won't the blinds obscure the view out the window? The ones in our house do just that.

Double blinds over two full frame windows would completely block the sky and then it's 50/50 as to which window has bluer skies. I'd recommend no blinds and no windows for the best results

If you have blinds, then you won't be blinded by information - biases work best in ignorance.

Or wear blinkers. I think DPR should be able to sell us a pair, they've got plenty … they issue them to their editors, for instance.

Long enough that people who say it should be held accountable.

99 years. In November 2019, it will be 100....and something tells me they are saving something special for the anniversary.

If they'll come up with a K-3II replacement, 11-22 and the 85, I'll try to look surprised.
If they give a surprise 80-400 AW that's my request. If people complain about this lens, you can blame me for that. Well, this is just my wish
