I do sympathise Marc, downloading so many files by the end of November will be a challenge. Thank goodness I have a backup on my hard drive for raw files, and kept my jpegs on Flickr. I'm now exporting all my raw files to Dropbox.
Anyone else having communication issues with Keenai?
Thanks Ron. I ended up buying a new 8 TB hard drive and have started the process. I am grateful that I have a high speed fiber connection which means that I should be done downloading everything by mid-next week (Every once in a while their server times out and then I have to restart the Keenai app). I've also found that the Windows app is far more stable than the Mac app, which is somewhat unexpected. It's obvious they've put more work into the Windows development.
As far as communication issues? They respond to me after a couple of days, usually, but their responses have been rudimentary and dismissive. In that sense, I'd say that yes, I'm having communication issues.
