They can't be done simply because they would require to know the focal length at the minimum focus distance (MFD) and the distance between the principal planes/points H and H'.
With the lens focused on infinity, the extension required to achieve 1:1 is equal to the focal length (20cm and 30cm in our case).
Assuming that the lenses keep their focal length at MFD, the extension required to achieve 1:1 with the lens focused on MFD is equal to
16cm for the 200mm f/2.8 (MFD = 1.2m) and
21.8cm for the 300mm f/4 (MFD = 1.4m).
