For whom another 70-200, in addition with F4

Another nail into the Pentax casket
Not at all. There are many people who value having the smaller size (under 800 grams) that an f4 lens with this focal length will bring to the table. I own the 70-200 f2.8 and it is a nice lens, but it is big. Having a 70-200 f4 with fast DC auto focus, weather sealing, and ends up with a street price of 900 to 950 USD is something that brings value to the brand.
Obviously this should not be the only lens that Pentax releases, but I think it should sell well and generate revenue -- probably quite a bit more than the wide angle prime that I am looking for.
Honestly, zooms sell better than primes and while we all like to talk about primes that "we need," most photography is done with zooms. In that respect, Pentax is pretty set. They should probably come out with a 24-70 f4 and a 70-300 variable aperture lens too, but most of the bread and butter zooms are already there.
