As long as its is low salt, thank you. But you forgot the new Q in your list. The Q7 would fit nicely inside an MX body, but modded to take K-mount lenses. That would be QuirKy!

The Ricoh Square in Shinjuku, Tokyo is holding a Fan Day this Friday.
And all over the weekend, 20/21 there will be special items for sale.
I've just seen some photos on ricoh twitter account with items like pin badges and coloured hot shoe covers.
I will pop in on Friday morning before work.

The reason for the typos is simple:
everyone and their mother is working on the new APS camera, so that leaves only the kids do do the proof reading.
Simple.

There aren't many K-mount lenses wider than 10mm, so this would be a camera with no wide-angle option.

The actual anniversary date is six months away.

Perhaps look at the "NEW BRAND PAGE" Tesla, PENTAX | Brand | RICOH IMAGING

Cheers

Interesting. I never took much notice before but at the bottom under the "Camera" button it has images of a DSLR and four colour variations of the Q-S1. Curiosity induced me to look further. The Q-S1 is still listed in current offerings and there is still a Q Roadmap (although nothing new on it). I like the Q system but it still puzzles me why the Q-S1 would be so prominent on the "Camera" button. I am not looking for an argument about what Ricoh/Pentax should or should not do. But I wonder why.

The QS-1 roadmap has not been updated since 2017, so I would think if you're looking for lenses you may have to settle on new old stock or used gear!

The Ricoh stores in Tokyo still stock the qs1.
Full range of accessories and lenses can be found in camera shops all over the city.

Web site design is an art, best done by specialists. Apparently the designer liked the juxtaposition of four small colored cameras and one large black camera. Appearance of the "camera" button has nothing to do with current or future production of cameras - just art.

Any definitive news concerning the new flagship APS-C ? The line that is apparently to replace the K-3 series.

Wild guess that it will be something to commemorate the 100 year anniversary.

At CP+, the official news was that it would be the next Pentax camera out the door.

Most likely that is their goal, but no one made a timing commitment.

100 YEARS with PENTAX

I have only been using PENTAX for 45 years or so, both as a hobby AND
for professional work. I have always found their products to be as good
or better than many other brands. Nearly all criticism is coming from
a lack of professional acumen (meaning the limitations of the person
using the systems, rarely) and more frequently a person who is
emotionally invested in something outside the imaging arts and sciences.

Although one system or another may gain a narrow technical advantage,
the other manufacturers soon follow. One thing which the other
brands CANNOT duplicate, or surpass, is the large population of
Pentax-compatible lenses. Many will be deterred by the prices of
glass, until they review the market for the extant Pentax lenses. Many
private firms are more likely to purchase imaging services from an
‘Affordable Media’ producer... and they care about the results, not
the brand name on the camera.
