Yes, knew the Z1, and not meant to be unfair, and apologies if I offended. It was meant as a (friendly) poke, given that after reading many of Ron's posts, he is engaged in what's going on with the camera industry and most likely knows that reviewers etc. get their sneak peaks to test equipment, and awards are often out of the gate to correspond with the launch while it's still hot. I think it would have been more obvious what I intended if we were sitting at the pub together and chatting about all this while the next round was landing on the table. That's part of the problem when you only can attempt to type it out.

I presume Ron was speaking of the Theta Z1: the camera isn't even on the market, yet it has won the best 360° camera award.

The said best camera is a lot of vaporware, happens to be only marginally better than best old models.
