I'm one of those. I bought my K10D from Amazon in January 08 for roughly $500 after rebate. I don't know if the K20 will get that low, but I'd buy it if the price drops to $700.

Between Thanksgiving and Xmas there will be some awesome sales, with the economy as bad as it is. Everyone will have to watch for others.

Actually the K20D camera is selling for $789.95 at B&H w/ a $100 B&H Gift Card, that'd make the final price to $689.95 w/ free shipping to the US. What a steal!

I've been searching through these old threads to see what the K20D was selling for back at the end of last year and it seems I got a pretty good deal from Amazon this week for $692.xx.
I was waiting to see what the new camera would have to offer but since the announcement was put off to the summer and the actual delivery will probably be in the fall I pulled the trigger on the K20D.
