The reasons for the jump in history is because the video is exactly 1:00 long. You know, for the 100th anniversary of Asahi/Pentax.
Originally posted by PDL What's with all the faux dirt and scratches. Back in the day, if I showed someone a film (I was shooting Super 8) with filthy film, then I would be laughed out of the room. Today when looking at the "faux film users" output, the film has dust all over it. I know it is faked, because when you look at two images next to each other, the same dust is in the same place of the image.
The garbage in the clip is, to me, highly unprofessional. It is sad to see Pentax stoop to such drivel.
Your signature is an understatement. I don't know if you know this but it's no longer the 50s/60s and such old film would probably have dirt and scratches and thus the faux effect.
But hey don't let me stop your fun hating.
