Probably a flipout from underneath the camera. That explains the pixelated shot from it's underside.

So we won't get a flipout screen, but we will get a flipout cup holder.

It's simple. All you have to do is type [i] and then [/_i] but without the underscore. So open bracket, i, closed bracket, type whatever you want italicized, open bracket, forward slash, i, closed bracket. Works for bold and underline as well but replace the "i" with a "b" for bold or a "u" for underline. It also works for resizing font. You just type [SIZE="x"] and then [/SIZE] where x is the size of font you want.
So:
[u]this[/_u] (minus the underscore) becomes this
[i]this[/_i] becomes this
[b]this[/_b] becomes this
[SIZE="x"]this[/SIZE] becomes this or this

You can also combine all of these formats.
[SIZE="5"][u][i][b]this[/_b][/_i][/_u][/_SIZE] becomes this
